dows.  Now the only way someone will wash your windows is if you are in a big city and some street person comes up and washes your windows while you are stopped a red light and then hope you will give them some money.
• Things certainly have change and of course anything with a computer screen automatically causes me stress. So now you have to answer a bunch of questions before you can start putting gas in the vehicle.  First, you needed to read the screen to find out what to do, if you want to pay at the pump or inside. Push on something to answer that question, and by the way, it doesn't do any good to stand there yelling your answer except scare other people pumping gas.  So it tells you to put in your credit/debit card and it does have a picture there to show you which way to hold the card. I usually get that wrong at least once.  Next it says to remove the card rapidly.  Why? I have asked a lot of people and no one seems to know why or at least won't tell me.  If you do know, email me.
• This brings on a whole list of questions before you get to that magical phrase of "you may begin fueling."  Questions like debit or credit, do you want a receipt, would you like a car wash, do you have a membership to our fuel savings program, if no do you want a membership, our special today is two hotdogs and a drink for two dollars, do you have a family, if so how are they doing, would you like to sign up now for the exchanges for the Affordable Health Care Act, and would you like to stop in for your flu shot?  Make your selection of your gas type and you may begin fueling.  I am sure this list of questions will continue to get longer and longer.  Boomers, remember when you could just say fill it up or give me two dollars worth. And gas was 37 cents.  Tell me again how things have got better. I forget.
• And another thing - this warning about static electricity - how often do cars blow up from static electricity?
