Winter Storm to Affect
Cascades and Northern Rockies into Weekend

• A cold winter storm is forecast to move into the Cascades and northern Rockies, with snow expected to begin falling across the region early Friday and lasting through the weekend. Snowfall totals in excess of a foot are forecast for the higher elevations. Winter Storm Warnings and Winter Weather Advisories are in effect for the parts of the region.
