After a very cold start to the morning, the high pressure system responsible for the cold air will move south of the region, allowing warmer air to return on its backside. Highs will rebound into the 30s and 40s today under sunny skies. Even warmer temperatures are expected on Wednesday with 40s and 50s common across the region.
