A band of light snowfall will gradually slide south this morning. Most areas will receive very little snowfall accumulation, however an inch or two is possible from the Pierre area and points northwest. Snowfall will come to an end this afternoon. The cold dry air mass then settles in tonight, with lows dropping into the single digits. Fortunately, the cold air is short lived and temperatures will return to seasonal values by Wednesday.
