10. The Braves called time out. Groton gave Britton-Hecla a point with a hit out of bounds to make it a 12-10 Britton-Hecla lead. Camille Sippel had a kill and Nikki Koehler had three ace serves as Groton took a 14-12 lead.
• The Braves tied the game at 14, but then frustration started to set in. Britton-Hecla hit the ball out of bounds three times, served into the net and Koehler had a an ace serve as Groton took a 20-15 lead. Camille Sippel as Groton took a 23-16 lead. Britton-Hecla gave Groton a point with a serve into the net and on the final point, Sippel had a slam kill as Groton won, 25-16.
• The third game was nearly identical to the second with Groton getting the 2-0 lead, but then quickly falling behind, 6-2. The Braves upped their lead to six at 15-9. Then trouble set it once again for Britton-Hecla. Sippel had a hard hit that bounced off a player, Josie Doeden followed with a kill in empty floor space, the Braves lost
