A quick moving low pressure system will sweep across the northern plains today. Most precipitation will remain in North Dakota, however light rain is possible later this morning and through the afternoon, mainly across northern South Dakota and west central Minnesota. Gusty southerly winds will switch around to the northwest behind the cold front later this afternoon and tonight.
