Groton took a 21-19 lead and Webster called time out.  Groton got to 24-20, but couldn't get that last point. The next two points were given by Groton and Lindsey Vogl got an ace serve to make it 24-23. Groton called time out, but Webster tied the game with the help of a Groton miscue. Josie Doeden had a kill to give Groton a 25-24 lead and Kylie Hawkins got a kill to give Groton the 26-24 win.

• Groton scored first in the second game, but Webster scored the next five points to take a 5-1 lead. Groton eventually tied the game at seven and took a 9-7 lead with a Halle Dohman tip over. Dohman got another hit later on that bounced off of a Webster player and Courtney Kurtz had a reverse tip over to give Groton a 12-9 lead.
