Below Average Temperatures Are Expected Across the East Through Monday While More Snow Is Forecast for the Northern and Central Rockies

• Across the eastern U.S., high pressure and dry conditions are expected through Monday. Temperatures will stay below average until Tuesday when the high pressure center moves east. Out west, a pair of upper level disturbances dropping out of western Canada and the eastern Pacific into the western U.S. are expected to produce mainly light snows across parts
