• This ends the regular season for Groton, which now has a 10-9 record. There will be no district tournament as the girls will head right into regions. The regionals will be played Nov. 5, 7 and 12 in Britton.
• Groton was 83 of 104 in attacks with 38 kills.

Josie Doeden was 21 of 27 with 10 kills and Camille Sippel was 19 of 22 with eight kills. Britton-Hecla was 70 of 87 with 30 kills. Emily Bremen was 27 of 32 with 10 kills, Mallori Rabenberg was 20 of 25 with eight kills and Maddie Carlson was 15 of 16 with five kills.
• In serves, Groton was 75 of 84 with eight ace serves. Courtney Kurtz was 15 of 17 with three ace serves and Kylie Hawkins was 14 of 16 with there ace serves. Britton-Hecla was 63 of 76 with 13 ace serves.
