Colder in the East and Warmer in the West for the Next 6-10 days
The NWS Climate Prediction Center is looking at a higher than average probability of colder than normal temperatures for the central and eastern U.S., and warmer than average temperatures for west of the Rockies and Alaska over the next 6-10 days. Highest probability for above average precipitation will be over the Great Lakes and Alaska for the period.
