KELO-TV starting live online-only newscast

• SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (AP) -- KELO-TV says it's launching the first live online-only newscast in the market.
• The CBS affiliate says "First@4" will be available every weekday at 4 p.m. Central time, starting Monday.
• It can be streamed through its mobile app or through keloland.com, where the shows will be archived.
• Reporter Ben Dunsmoor will anchor the show that will include top stories, reporter briefings, live reports from the field, weather and top sports stories.

Presho man gets 25 years for kidnapping daughter

• PIERRE, S.D. (AP) -- A Presho man has been sentenced to the maximum of 25 years in state prison for kidnapping his 10-year-old daughter in August 2012 and abusing her.
• Attorney General Marty Jackley says 36-year-old Clint James Brown was sentenced Friday for aggravated assault-domestic abuse and being a habitual offender.
• Brown was sentenced in federal court in June to four years and three months in prison after pleading guilty to a charge of being felon and drug user in possession of a firearm.
• Prosecutors say he was previously convicted of three felony offenses from Lyman and Pennington counties and was under the influence of meth and had guns with him when he kidnapped the girl.

Rapid City manslaughter convict facing drug trial

• RAPID CITY, S.D. (AP) -- The attorney for a man convicted in August of manslaughter in Rapid City says his client can't get a fair trial in the city on a drug charge.
• Defense attorney Jamy Patterson plans to file a request for a change of venue
