• Gov. Jay Inslee's office said the state does not have the money to reopen its popular parks, including Mount Rainier National Park and Mount St. Helens National Volcanic Monument.
• WYOMING
• Gov. Matt Mead's office said the state would not pay to reopen two heavily visited national parks or the Devils Tower National Monument. Mead spokesman Renny MacKay said, "Wyoming cannot bail out the federal government."

Spearfish call center crushed by snow to reopen

• SPEARFISH, S.D. (AP) -- An Iowa-based business outsourcing firm has found a temporary new location for its call center in the Black Hills, one week after heavy snow collapsed its building.
• Spearfish town leaders and representatives of TMone LLC said the 225 employees will go back to work Monday in an 18,000-square-foot area in the city's recreation center.
• "We're very excited to begin the transition to this new facility, and we're extremely grateful to Spearfish Economic Development and the Spearfish City Council for their support," said TMone Spearfish Center Director Catrina Rodgers.
• The Rapid City Journal reports (http://bit.ly/1cFra7n ) fiber-optic cable was installed Thursday and 240 computer work stations arrived Friday. TMone said setup will continue through the weekend.
• The city owns the $4.2 million building and leases it to the economic development group, which in turn subleases to the Iowa City company.
• "It has been a team effort," said Bryan Walker, executive director of the Spearfish Economic Development Corp. "TMone representatives have been out here working hard to keep their employees informed, and the City Council has been nothing short of incredible by being helpful and responsive, assisted by economic development in a supporting role."
• Enhanced Recovery Co. LLC of Jacksonville, Fla., said last month it has acquired TMone, which also has operations in Dakota Dunes and Des Moines, Iowa.
