Lady netters beat Webster in four games

• Groton Area's volleyball team pulled out a big Northeast Conference win over Webster Area Thursday night in Groton with a 3-1 win over the Bearcats. "That was amazing," said Coach Aaron Helvig who was missing five players, four of which are regular players, from the roster due to the state soccer tournament. "I know a lot of people wrote us off because not all of our girls were here. I called on a couple of girls to bring their "A" game tonight, and they did."
• Groton won the first game, 25-22. That game featured five lead changes and the game was tied six times.. Groton took the lead for good after the game was tied at 17.
• Webster Area won the second game, 25-17. The Bearcats led through
