• The document says prescription drug related deaths now outnumber those from heroin and cocaine combined, and drug overdose deaths exceed motor vehicle-related deaths in 29 states and Washington, D.C.
• The group says West Virginia had the highest rate of prescription deaths in 2010, 28.9 out of 100,000, and North Dakota had the lowest, 3.4 out of 100,000.
• Deputy Director Rich Hamburg of Trust for America's Health says the group worked with other agencies to help states figure out how to deal with the problem.

Planes search for hunters possibly lost by storm

• RAPID CITY, S.D. (AP) -- Pilots with the South Dakota Wing of the Civil Air Patrol are searching for hunters who might be lost in the Black Hills after the weekend snowstorm.
• The Department of Game, Fish and Parks says it had two calls earlier but they turned out to be people operating snow machines -- not stranded hunters.
• It says no hunters have been found.
• The GFP says the Civil Air Patrol is still flying over the area because cellphone coverage isn't good in some areas, so any hunters who are stuck couldn't call for help.
• Patrol planes are flying north of Highway 36 and 16A from Highway 79 to the Wyoming border. That's the main elk hunting area and the part of the hills that got the most snow.

Wild Card 2 ticket sold in Rapid City worth $6,001

• RAPID CITY, S.D. (AP) -- A Wild Card 2 ticket sold in Rapid City is worth $6,001 in the latest drawing.
• South Dakota lottery officials say the ticket matched all five white ball numbers but missed the Wild Card in Saturday's drawing to win the game's $6,000 second prize. The ticketholder also won an additional dollar on another play line.
• The odds of winning $6,000 playing Wild Card 2 are 1 in about 127,000. The winner has about six months to claim the money.
• Wild Card 2 is played in the Dakotas, Montana and Idaho. The jackpot sits at $295,000 for the next drawing, on Wednesday.

Rapid City airport reopens after weekend storm

• RAPID CITY, S.D. (AP) -- Rapid City's airport has reopened, after being shut down by a weekend snowstorm that dumped nearly 2 feet of snow on the city.
