The strong low pressure system which has brought snow, rain and wind into the region will slowly weaken and move east today. Snowfall and strong winds are still impacting western SD this morning, and blizzard conditions are still possible for western Corson, Dewey, Stanley and Jones counties through the afternoon hours. A brief reprieve is felt further east, however rain showers are expected to redevelop and winds will pick up again this afternoon as the low pressure system moves out of the area.
