Former soldier sentenced for stealing fed property
• RAPID CITY, S.D. (AP) -- A former South Dakota National Guardsman has been sentenced to more than two years in prison for stealing federal property.
• Former Chief Warrant Officer Dennis Mallow, of Black Hawk, pleaded guilty earlier to theft of government property in the theft of more than $30,000 worth of items while he was the warehouse supervisor at Camp Rapid.
