• Redfield-Doland's first drive on the third quarter proved to be fruitful. The Pheasants had field position at the Groton 43. Redfield-Doland had five first downs as they kept pounding away at the Tiger defense. "They are a big team," Wanner said of Redfield-Doland. "This group of kids has always been a good. Their size did take a toll on us." Landon Rohlfs would score on a two yard run with 5:34 left in the third quarter. The PAT run attempted failed and it was 13-7.

stalemate. "We talked about penalties," Wanner said. "They are key points of the game and we put ourselves in bad situations, especially against good teams. It's hard to recover against good teams. We lose our focus and dig ourselves a hole when we could have had better field position." Groton had two sacks and two penalties on that drive and ended up punting on fourth and 16.
• Groton took over after a Redfield punt early in the fourth quarter at their own 47 yard line. Spencer Knecht had a catch for a first down. On the next down, Knecht
