• LEAD, S.D. (AP) -- Taxpayers in Lead (LEED) will decide Nov. 5 whether the city should keep funding the town's only indoor rec facility.
• City commissioners talked about it for four minutes Monday evening and then scheduled the special election that will likely decide the future of the Handley Recreation Center.
