• Aberdeen Roncalli won the Groton Invitational golf meet held Saturday. Roncalli had 311 points followed by Mobridge with 338, Aberdeen Central JV had 341, Redfield 354, Groton 369, Watertown JV 409 and Sisseton 454. Milbank had an incomplete team.

• Funeral service for Charlene Kaye Millim, 65, Groton, will be 11 a.m., Friday, September 20, 2013 at Spitzer-Miller Funeral Home, 1111 S. Main Street, Aberdeen. Charlene died on Saturday, September 7, 2013 at the Ambassador Health System in Lincoln, NE
