The Groton Boys soccer team defeated Aberdeen Central in a Tuesday afternoon contest in Groton.   Groton's Luca Kother scored a goal in the first 10 minutes of play with an assist by Ehkhu Poe.   Aberdeen scored at the 23 minute mark to tie the game.  In the second half, Ehkhu Poe scored at 13:24 with an assist by James Thompson.  Aberdeen Central was awarded a penalty kick at 10:27 due to a handball in the box and scored to again tie the game.  At 9:48 Groton's Ehkhu Poe scored and Groton retained the lead throughout the last minutes to win 3-2.   Groton's goalkeeper was Chance Strom.
