tens before as her reaction to them was priceless.  She would bend over to pick them up and when they moved she was completely amazed.  Fuzzy little toys that didn't need batteries!  After our visit, they stopped to see Donna Hoines and Jerome and Leona Ness before making their way back to Fargo.

Don and I headed to Fargo on Saturday, August 30th to attend a family reunion at his parent's home.  I'm getting to know some of this relatives and because I've accepted their friend requests on facebook, there's a very good chance they know me better than they should!  Several of my silly posts were the topic of conversation but as near as I could tell, none of them said anything about buying me a straight jacket for Christmas....yet!  On Sunday morning most of us attended church near Detroit Lakes and had lunch at the Country Kitchen.  Don's mom rode with us and together we were able to convince Don that a stop at the humongous Thrift Store would be a good idea.  You just never know what you might find and I was pleasantly surprised to learn that I wasn't the only one that felt this way!  Don and I traveled back to Bismarck on Sunday afternoon.  Labor Day was spent relaxing and playing catch up with laundry and dishes in preparation for yet another busy work week for both of us.

I must go for now.  I hope you had a safe and wonderful Labor Day weekend.  If you did something you'd like to share in next week's column, give me a call, email, text or pay me a visit!  My week will be busy and it will go fast and I'm 100% sure it will hold a bunch of wonderful surprises as usual!
