Tropical Storm Gabrielle Forms in the Atlantic

• The National Hurricane Center in Miami, Florida continues to track Tropical Storm Gabrielle. Gabrielle is a slow moving tropical cyclone that is expected to bring strong winds and heavy rain to those in its path. This storm is expected to gain strength during the next 48 hours as it continues to move towards the northwest.
