NDSU tops both FCS polls after upset victory

• FARGO, N.D. (AP) -- North Dakota State remains atop both Football Championship Subdivision polls after its upset of Football Bowl Subdivision member Kansas State.
• The two-time defending FCS champion Bison beat the Wildcats 24-21 on Friday night. NDSU got all of the first-place votes in this week's coaches' poll and nearly all of them in the Sports Network poll.
• South Dakota State is sixth in the Sports Network poll and seventh in the coaches' poll. The University of South Dakota got votes in both polls but didn't crack the top 25 in either.
• Eastern Washington is second in both polls and Montana State is third.
