Raaps donate 48 cushioned chairs to the community center

• The butts are going to be happy! At least that's what Grace Albrecht said as she tested out the new chairs that have been donated by Bert and Jan Raap. The Raaps have donated 48 cushioned chairs to the Groton Community Center. • The Raaps decided to give the donation after they sat in the old chairs for four hours at a recent event at the community center. "We were talking about how hard the chairs were after four hours," Bert said. The Raaps said they were happy to make the donation. • They even took the cardboard boxes and put them in the recycling trailer at the school.
