amount from $45,000 in one year to $15,000 a year for three years.
• The city has seen a 3.58 percent growth in the past year, but the consumer price index was lower. Even at at, the city can expect to collect $601,101 in property taxes.
• The mosquito budget was reduced by $5,000 because chemicals were purchased this year. That allowed the council to increase the stump grinding budget from $2,500 to $5,000 next year.
• Two radios for the police department will be purchased instead of three and the shot gun for the extra police vehicle was axed.
