•  The board agreed and voted to say no to the new program.
•  Board members looked over the bus routes for the upcoming school year and approved the routes. There are seven route for 525 miles. The district is short one driver. The position has been advertised.
•  Jill Helvig was hired as the Special Education Paraprofessional at $12 per hour, five hours per day for $10,500 and as the FTE Reading Interventionist for $10,410 for the 2013-2014 school year.
•  Skyler VanderVorst and Madeleine Hegberg-Lindemann were both hired as the Special Education Paraprofessional at $10 per hour, seven hours per day for $12,250.
•  Approval was given to both the Webster School District and the Langford School District to cross district boundaries to pick up open-enrolled students. This is a formality that is done by all the surrounding districts.
•  Three open enrollments were approved. A sophomore from Aberdeen, a fourth grader and a second grader from Ipswich and a kindergartener from Aberdeen.
