•  On Sunday night, authorities found the body of Hannah's mother -- 44-year-old Christina Anderson -- when they extinguished flames at DiMaggio's rural home. A child's body also was discovered as they sifted through rubble in Boulevard, a tiny town 65 miles east of San Diego.
•  The body may be that of Hannah's 8-year-old brother, Ethan. Fraser said it could take several days to identify the badly burned remains. Investigators were unable to extract DNA.

Report: 16 Ocean County, NJ, workers have 1 of 3 winning tickets for $448M Powerball jackpot

•  LITTLE EGG HARBOR, N.J. (AP) -- Sixteen workers from a county garage in New Jersey have one of the three winning tickets in the $448 million Powerball jackpot, officials in Ocean County, said Thursday.
•  Ocean County Vehicle Maintenance Department Director Jim Pine and Freeholder Jack Kelly said the employees have the ticket sold at an Acme Markets store in Little Egg Harbor, according to the Press of Atlantic City.
•  A Minnesota has man claimed his third of Wednesday's jackpot. The holder of the third ticket, also from New Jersey, has not come forward yet.
•  Pine said the Vehicle Maintenance Department employees showed up for work Thursday which "ought to tell you something."
•  "I couldn't be more happy for them," he told the newspaper. "They're a group of wonderful, hardworking people."

On atomic bomb anniversary, Nagasaki mayor says Japan failing to push disarmament

•  TOKYO (AP) -- Nagasaki's mayor criticized Japan's government on Friday for failing to back an international nuclear disarmament effort as the country marked the 68th anniversary of the atomic bombing of his city.
•  Mayor Tomihisa Taue said Japan's inaction "betrayed expectations of the global community."
•  Japan refused in April to sign an unconditional pledge by nearly 80 countries to never use nuclear weapons.
