The informal crowd spent some time talking with Senator Tim Johnson at the Groton Transit office on Tuesday.

Councilmen Scott Hanlon and Ed Opp also discussed with Johnson the recent impact the new EPA guidelines for Coal burning power plants would have on communities like Groton. Companies like Heartland have to pass on the cost of compliance to the guidelines on to their customers.
