Severe weather is possible across the central Plains and northern Rockies on Thursday. Heavy rainfall in these areas will lead to potential flash flooding.

• Severe weather is possible Thursday across portions of the central Plains and northern Rockies. Primary threats are large hail and damaging winds. In addition, heavy rainfall in these areas could lead to Flash Flooding. A small threat for tornadoes also exists along the East Coasts states.
