came home on a double by Stanley. The Groton defense did their job and three straight outs ended the inning with Groton on top, 5-0.
• In the fifth inning Jamie Jorgensen singled to first base, advanced to second on a bunt by Michael Erickson and then came home on a double by Kurtz. Kurtz was brought home on a double by Rossow. Flandreau was able to get three hits in the inning, but was unable to bring home any runs. The inning ended, 7-0.
• The sixth inning was scoreless. Flandreau was able to get on the boards in the seventh inning when Kyle Scofield was brought home on a single by David Parsley. Groton stopped the inning on a double play, getting runner out at both second and first bases. The seventh inning ended with Groton still in
