waters have wiped out all of the cottonwood trees that used to stand on the banks of the creek.
• "I drove by there one day and there was a "For Sale" sign in the yard. We called the realtor and sure enough, it worked out," Paul said. "It's a lot of work. We have good intentions of making some changes here."
• The first of three potential mobile homes have been moved to Groton. "We're hoping to bring in three houses this year," Paul said. "Two for sure and hopefully a third one will make it here this

year." There is the potential for 16 mobile home spots available.
• They have also been working on the campground area. They have recently changed out all of the posts in the campground area and would like to upgrade the electrical and plumbing.
• Hanne-Marit has been busy with the tree-planting project on the west side of the trailer park. They are planning to plant 375 dogwoods. "We want to get a hedge started and get some wind protection," Paul said. They have also sprayed for weeds.
• Paul and Hanne-Marit are divided between three properties right now. Paul used to run the I-29 motel for 12 years. "From that, we built up a cul de sac of houses which we rent out to staffing companies that provide healthcare professionals to the Sisseton area," Paul said. "These fully furnished homes give people a little more privacy than being in a motel." They also have a large piece of property which they live on near Sisseton.
