• Sydney Thorson's favorite part about being a life guard is seeing all the kids' happy faces. This is her second year as a life guard and she is a junior at GHS. The biggest challenge is when the children are being unreasonable.
• In the summer, Sydney likes to hang out with friends, go to baseball games, movies and to swim. During the school year, she is busy with show choir, volleyball, track, dance team, band and cheerleading.
