Cameron Howard converts Timeless Fitness into Howie's Training Studio

• Cameron Howard has purchased the Timeless Fitness business in downtown Groton. The purchase took effect July 1, 2013. For Howard, "It's a dream come true." The GHS 2008 graduate has always had an interest in training, both for himself and for others.
• Before his junior year in high school, he attended a weight lifting camp at Northern State University as he wanted to improve on his football skills. That was where he met Derik Budig from the Aberdeen Family YMCA. "He got me involved in weight training," Howard said. "The next thing I know, the guy is my boss at the YMCA."
• Howard attended the School of Mines for a year where he played football there. Then he came back to work on the farm with his dad, Jessie, working out with some equipment that he had purchased.
