Katelyn Hawkins is in her second year being a lifeguard at the Groton pool. She is a sophomore at South Dakota State University. Her favorite part of lifeguarding is being around the kids all day and her biggest challenge is when kids don't listen. She likes to play softball, going to the lake and hanging out with friends in the summer. During the school year, she is involved in intramural sports and Colleges against Cancer.
