Paul and Hanne-Marit Estwick, Sisseton, are making improvements at Cottonwood Trailer Park. They have purchased the trailer park from Shirlee Briggs. Hanne-Marit is pictured in the left photo putting down tarp on the newly planted Dogwood bushes. They will also be planting Willows along the banks of the creek.
