• RAPID CITY, S.D. (AP) -- A Powerball ticket sold in Rapid City is worth $2 million in the latest drawing.
• South Dakota lottery officials say the ticket matched all five white ball numbers but missed the Powerball to win the game's $1 million second prize in the Wednesday drawing. The person who bought the ticket also purchased a $1 option that doubled the prize.
• The odds of winning $2 million playing Powerball are one in about 5.2 million. The winner has about six months to claim the money.
• Powerball is played in 43 states, the District of Columbia and the U.S. Virgin Islands. The estimated jackpot for the Saturday drawing is $60 million.
