Sarah Benczik gave the address. She has spent 19 years doing DI and is on the DI board of trustees.  During her address, she asked the question, "What would you do if you're not afraid?" She later went on to say, "Our inability is to yield your idea to someone who has a better one. We have learn the value of letting go. Solving big problems does not revolve around you, it revolves us."

The Valedictorian was Adele Zawada, Portland, Ore.  In her speech, she said there are no such things are unsolvable problems. She said, "I believe there is a solution to every problem."
