• Groton placed second in four events at the Northeast Conference track meet held Saturday in Sisseton. Kylie Hawkins placed second in the 100m hurdles, Landon Larson was second in the 400m dash, and the 400m and 800m Relay teams of Nick Johnson, Landon Larson, Jackson Doeden and Nikolai Pyatt took second.
• Placing third were the girls 1600m relay team of Jasmine Schaller, Alyssa Sippel, Harleigh Stange and Josie Doeden; Nikolai Pyatt in the 200m dash
• Placing fourth were the girls 3200m relay team of Cheyenne Schaller, Maggie Simon, Regan Lewandowski and Jasmine Schaller; Erica Schuster in the discus;
• Placing fifth were Cheyenne Schaller in the 300m hurdles, Jasmine Schaller in the 3200m run; Amber Schuster in the triple jump; Landon Larson in the high jump. Dalton Locke in the shot put.
• Placing sixth were the girls 400m relay team of Ercia Schuster, Katie Koehler, Kiana Kokales and Josie Doeden; the girls spring medley relay team of Courtney Kurtz, Josie Doeden, Alyssa Sippel and Breanna Marzahn; Camille Sippel in the high jump; Nick Johnson in the 100m dash;
• Placing seventh were Alyssa Sippel in the discus; Nikolai Pyatt in the 100m dash; Tyler Holm in the shot put.
