• Memorial service for Edna Holler, 90, of Bristol and formerly of Pierpont will be 2 pm, Saturday, April 27, 2013 at Bethlehem Lutheran Church in Pierpont. Pastor Paul Kosel will officiate.
• Edna died April 22, 2013 at Sun Dial Manor in Pierpont.
• Edna Florence Wahl, daughter of Edwin O. and Florence M. (Johnson) Wahl was born March 12, 1923 in Britton, SD. She was baptized and confirmed into the Lutheran faith. She attended rural schools in Day County and graduated from Andover High School. She then attended Northern State Teachers College in Aberdeen and taught rural school in Perkins and Day County.
• She was united in marriage to Frank J. Holler on December 22, 1949 in Aberdeen. Frank died on March 15, 1979. Edna remained on the farm until 2001 when she moved to Huron, SD and in 2006 she moved to Pierpont.
• Edna was a member of Bethlehem Lutheran Church in Pierpont where she had been active, serving on the church council, teaching Sunday school and Bible school for many years. She was a member of WELCA and the Esther circle for many years.
• Edna is survived by two sons; Scott (Diane) Holler of Holabird, SD and Kirby Hol
