tough task as geography is only a semester course. Right now we are discussing Western Europe and learning about the history and culture of the region. It helps having a foreign exchange student in class to help me talk about Germany and how life is different as well as similarities to the United States. Soon we will look at Eastern Europe and how much that area has changed since the Cold War. By the way, the sophomore's are in the early stages of raising money for their trip to Washington DC and New York City. They won't leave until the end of their junior year, but planning is important.
