Xcel Energy, which had the bulk of the outages, said late Sunday that crews had restored power to all customers except those whose homes were damaged by the storm.

Mega Millions ticket sold in SD worth $10,000

• HOT SPRINGS, S.D. (AP) -- A Mega Millions ticket sold in Hot Springs is worth $10,000.
• South Dakota lottery officials say the ticket matched four of five white ball numbers and the Mega Ball in last Friday's drawing to win the game's third prize. The odds of doing so are one in about 689,000.
• Mega Millions is played in 42 states, the District of Columbia and the U.S. Virgin Islands. The jackpot sits at $74 million for the next drawing, on Tuesday.

Future of Johnson campaign war chest unknown

• SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (AP) -- Outgoing U.S. Sen. Tim Johnson hasn't made any decisions on what to do with his campaign war chest.
• The 66-year-old South Dakota Democrat announced last month that he'll retire at the end of this third Senate term next year. The Argus Leader newspaper reports (http://argusne.ws/1199Pe3 ) that he has more than $1.2 million in the bank.
• Federal Election Commission rules limit how candidates can spend their campaign money. For example, they can't use it for personal spending, and the amount they can give to other candidates is limited.
• But there are many other options for Johnson, such as giving the money to charity or to the Democratic Party.
• Chief of Staff Drey Samuelson says Johnson has plenty of time to decide what to do with the money.
