Our slow moving weather system is finally starting to move out, but not before dropping several inches of additional snow in eastern South Dakota, southeast North Dakota, and western Minnesota. The area of heaviest snow starts out over the Sisseton Hills and James Valley this morning, but will move north through the morning and afternoon hours.
