• The chase Thursday morning began when the teens allegedly stole beer from a Sturgis convenience store. Authorities say the chase involved six officers, covered about a dozen miles and reached speeds in excess of 100 mph. It ended when the teens' vehicle rolled on an Interstate 90 off-ramp.
• The four teens suffered injuries that authorities say are not life-threatening. They were taken to a Rapid City hospital. Charges are pending.

Mother of 3 SD kids killed in fire skips court

• SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (AP) -- A warrant has been issued for the mother of three children who died in a Sioux Falls house fire, after she skipped a court hearing on child neglect and drug possession charges.
• Authorities allege that 34-year-old Rhiannon White tested positive for drugs after the Dec. 22 fire that killed 6-year-old Alivia Coon, 12-year-old Savannah Coon and 16-year-old Michael Hensley. White and her husband escaped with minor injuries by jumping out a second-floor window. Fire investigators were not able to determine the cause of the fire because the damage was too extensive.
• White was to be arraigned Thursday but she did not show up.
