A storm system moving across the region today will bring accumulating snowfall to most of the area. Locations west of the James River could see one to three inches of snow with isolated higher amounts. Generally around an inch or less will be possible for the James River valley. Farther east, the I-29 corridor will likely see a half inch or less.
