• Congratulations to Alexis Gustafson for being selected to the 14th Middle School All-State Band.  The event was held in Pierre on March 1-2.  The band was under the direction of Mr. Jason Rygg director of bands at Axtell Park Middle School in Sioux Falls.  Alexis was selected from 430 students in the state that auditioned for this prestigious group.  They are choosen based on a recorded audition consisting of a variety of scales and etudes.
• Alexis is the daughter of Beth and John Gustafson and plays the trumpet.
