specifications did not include a base for the concrete apron.
• After some discussion, it was decided not to look at the submitted proposals and rewrite the specifications and include the recommendations from the different contractors. The contractors will then be asked to resubmit their bids for the next meeting.
• Dale Ringgenberg reported the first of the Bath Station trucks have gone through the annual maintenance process. Several small things were found that needed to be fixed, but it was decided that as these were mainly minor issues, to wait until all the trucks had been serviced to see what all needed to be done.

• It was also reported that the 6-wheeler is in for repair as it won't disengage the 4-wheel drive. It will cost about $500 to get it fixed, which was authorized. The fire trailer is currently at the shop having a shelving unit installed in the front end to help
