• The Scholarship Award.  Our own Andee Geist (left) was this years recipient of the South Dakota Creativity Association and Watertown Optimist Club Scholarship.  Value is $300.
• Andee is a hard worker and is VERY deserving of this scholarship. Presenting the award is Lauri Schaff, Custer.
