A second round of precipitation will move into south central south dakota early this morning and spread northeast through the remainder of the morning. A mix of freezing rain and snow can be expected, with precipitation turning to all snow by around mid day. Total storm ice accumulations across northeast South Dakota may approach one quarter inch, while total snowfall across the area will range from 2 to 4 inches.
