$64,510 Dakota Cash jackpot won in Watertown

• WATERTOWN, S.D. (AP) -- A lottery ticket sold in Watertown has won the $64,510 Dakota Cash jackpot.
• South Dakota lottery officials say the ticket matched all five numbers in the Saturday drawing. They are 1, 4, 5, 18 and 34.
• Dakota Cash is played only in South Dakota. The odds of winning the jackpot are one in about 325,000. The jackpot starts again at $20,000 for the next drawing, on Wednesday.
• In Saturday's Hot Lotto drawing, a ticket sold in Sioux Falls matched all five white ball numbers but missed the Hot Ball to win the $10,000 second prize. The odds of doing that are one in about 608,000. The Hot Lotto jackpot sits at just under $2.4 million for the Wednesday drawing.

Storm brings freezing drizzle, snow to the Dakotas

• FARGO, N.D. (AP) -- A storm with freezing drizzle and snow is affecting motorists and schools throughout the Dakotas.
• The National Weather Service has issued various storm warnings and advisories in the two states through Monday night and into Tuesday in some areas.
• A blizzard warning is posted for northwestern North Dakota, with up to 15 inches of snow possible in areas near the Canadian border. Lesser but still-significant amounts are forecast for other areas.
• Travel advisories have been posted in some areas, and several schools are starting late or calling off classes for the day.

SD bill urges prenatal care for illegal immigrants

• PIERRE, S.D. (AP) -- A South Dakota Senate committee is considering a bill that would provide prenatal care to pregnant women who are in the country illegally.
• The Health Committee heard testimony last week on the bill and plans to vote on it Monday. The bill previously was approved by the House.
• Supporters say medical care should be provided to protect unborn children even if their parents are illegal immigrants. Opponents contend the state should not spend money on something that would encourage illegal immigration.
