An arctic high pressure will bring clear skies along with chilly temperatures to the region today. High temperatures today will be in the single digits on either side of zero. The combination of clear skies and light winds tonight will allow for temperatures to plummet to the teens below zero for most locations. Increasing cloudiness west of the Missouri River will keep low temperatures closer to zero. Conditions will change during the latter half of the week as a potential winter storm moves across the region.
